About Us
Our dedicated team of providers includes MDs, an audiologist, a psychiatrist, and APRNs. All have a wide range of clinical experience and a deep understanding of the VA disability claims process. This results in consistently high quality reports to best help our Veterans.
We are located in the St. Rose Medical Office Building at Boulder Highway and Lake Mead Parkway. Liberty Exams is located only a few minutes from the 215 and 515 highways, and we are only about 10 minutes from the Harry Reid International Airport. If you are traveling via public transit, we are also located next to a bus stop.
